<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Cuando acudimos a un parque de atracciones o recinto ferial para hacer uso y disfrute de las atracciones puestas a disposición de los usuarios, presuponemos que dicho uso no conllevará daño o lesión alguna, que las medidas adoptadas por los responsables de las atracciones son las adecuadas para el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones y que disfrutaremos por tanto de un momento lúdico y de diversión. </abstract>
