<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Los Seguros del Alquiler se han convertido en las herramientas más eficaces de garantía del alquiler y están reemplazando a los habituales avales bancarios, según se ha confirmado en la presentación y primera sesión de trabajo del Observatorio Español del Seguro de Alquiler (OESA). El 17 por ciento de los alquileres con garantías que se realizan en España ya se hacen con seguros de alquiler, desde su reciente comercialización hace poco más de un año. Un porcentaje en fuerte crecimiento y que muy pronto superará al 20 por ciento que recurren a los habituales avales bancarios</abstract>
