<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Un plan de emergencia es el conjunto de actividades y medios destinados para que las personas que puedan ser afectadas por un siniestro o emergencia sepan coordinar sus esfuerzos con el fin de minimizar las consecuencias del mismo. En un centro sanitario, el principal riesgo que puede dar lugar a la aparición de una emergencia es el incendio. Por este motivo, el plan de emergencia va enfocado fundamentalmente a controlar dicho riesgo.</abstract>
