<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Growth in China has been very strong, but the economy remains vulnerable to external shocks.The government wants to increase China¿s integration with the world economy. B&R will be a key driver of this.Infrastructure facilities will be a central pillar of B&R triggering a wave of construction and trade liberalisation, and also  demand for insurance. Commercial insurers in China could gain an additional USD 23 billion in premiums in 20152030. To maximise the opportunity, China¿s insurers should look to build a long-term presence in other B&R countries, and focus on their clients¿ needs</abstract>
