<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El pasado 25 de mayo de 2016 entró en vigor el Reglamento General de Protección de datos, que será aplicable partir del 25 de mayo de 2018. Mientras tanto, siguen en vigor la normativa actual. Los responsables de tratamiento y encargados deben empezar a analizar sus consecuencias y a anticiparse en la adopción de algunas medidas para su implementación. Hay que tener en cuenta que el nuevo Reglamento es una norma directamente aplicable, que no requiere normas de desarrollo. </abstract>
