The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) which regulates insurance business in Pakistan has been at the forefront in devising new policies and action plans for the industry and this is beginning to bear fruit. In an exclusive interview with Asía lnsurance Review, Mr Fida Hussain Samoo, lnsurance Commissioner at the SECP, speaks on the new regulations that are impacting the market and the way forward for the industry. </abstract>
