<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Sucede en ocasiones que la aseguradora requiere al mediador de seguros que le proporcione la dirección de correo electrónico de sus clientes. En ocasiones para poder contratar, pero en otros casos también una vez intermediadas ya las pólizas y referida la petición a la totalidad de la cartera. Vamos a analizar uno y otro supuesto. </abstract>
