<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Es objeto en el presente trabajo el análisis de la cobertura que tienen quienes participan en el alojamiento colaborativo, tanto por los riesgos relativos a la propiedad como los derivados de la responsabilidad civil del propietario. Igualmente, se estudian las concretas garantías que ofrecen las compañías como airbnb que actúan como intermediarios entre la oferta y la demanda. Por último, se hace referencia a la situación del seguro en Estados Unidos y a las posibles soluciones que resuelvan la problemática actual. </abstract>
