<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Las organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro (ONL, Organizativa No Lucrativa) de España y del resto del mundo intentan convertir el planeta en un lugar mejor ayudando a los demás, protegiendo el medio ambiente, prestando ayuda humanitaria o preservando el patrimonio cultural, entre otros ejemplos. Son un motor del bien común. Sin embargo, sus actividades no están exentas de riesgos. En un entorno que valora ante todo la transparencia y que, al mismo tiempo, está lleno de disputas, las ONL y sus Juntas Directivas son cada vez más vulnerables ante las reclamaciones judiciales.</abstract>
