<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La relación entre compañías de seguros y empresas de asistencia es hoy más necesaria que nunca. Las segundas, a través de la tecnología, muestran en ocasiones la cara amable de las primeras y posibilitan un mayor número de contactos con el cliente, incluidos aquellos que no tienen que ver con el siniestro. Unas a otras, como mercado competitivo que es, se exigen mucho: calidad en la prestación del servicio y ayuda en la fidelización de los clientes. Hogar volverá a crecer por encima del PIB este año, pero la rentabilidad está en duda. Una vez más, la colaboración será fundamental para ganar en primas y en rentabilidad.</abstract>
