<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Antes de fin de año se presentaría el anteproyecto de Ley de Prevención que fue elaborado por un comité con representantes del gobierno, los trabajadores, las aseguradoras, los empresarios y la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT). Mientras tanto, gracias a la sanción de la Ley Nº 27.348, la litigiosidad judicial del sistema de Riesgos del Trabajo se redujo 16% desde febrero de 2017 (en algunas jurisdicciones esta reducción fue de entre 49% y 82%). Además el 90% de los trabajadores que reclama ante las comisiones médicas logra un acuerdo en un promedio de 25 días</abstract>
