Notes: Sumario: This issue spotlights current and emerging risk management and insurance issues across a number of key areas of liability risks ranging from technology to cyber to data security to autonomous driving and to the environment. When Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico a year ago, resulting in almost 3,000 deaths and around $1bn in damages, AGCS¿ only island-based claims expert, Jacqueline Otero, helped customers prepare for the storm and pick up the scattered pieces afterwards even as she worked out of her car, endured months of power outages and handled hundreds of claims.
