<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El presente artículo tiene por objeto el estudio de una nueva reforma, su impacto y correspondiente puesta en práctica respecto los daños agrarios producidos por especies cinegéticas provenientes de zonas habilitadas para la caza. Por lo que se hará especial énfasis en la responsabilidad civil del titular del aprovechamiento cinegético. De forma previa a lo anterior, para desentrañar que régimen de responsabilidad por daños agrarios es preponderante desde el punto de vista territorial, será examinado tanto el Código civil como la legislación estatal y otras Comunidades Autónomas que regulan sobre los daños agrarios y la responsabilidad del cazador
