<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Según el Consejo General del Poder Judicial (CGPJ) entre los meses de julio y septiembre de 2018 los lanzamientos hipotecarios y los desahucios por no abonar las cuotas de alquiler habían aumentado prácticamente un 8%, encadenando meses de subidas. Prever una situación como esta no es fácil, por eso, los propietarios que no quieran dejarse perder unos buenos ingresos siempre tienen la opción de contratar un seguro de alquiler que pueda hacerse cargo de todo, incluso de las mensualidades de los meses en los que el inquilino deje de pagar. </abstract>
