<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Les impayés sont en augmentation sensible depuis quelques années dans l'assurance. Meme s'il est difficle à quantifier, ce phénomène est pris très au sérieux par les professionels. Au plus près des clients, les intermédiaires tentent d'eviter au maximum le couperet de la résiliation en aménageant les échéanciers et en multipliant les relances. Ils regrettent toutefois un manque d'information en direction des assurés. En tout état de cause, force reste à la loi et les compagnies n'hésitent pas à faire appel, en dernier ressort, à des sociétes de recouvrement.</abstract>
