<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Los riders de las plataformas de entrega física causan, por su sola imagen, una alarma social que se ve agudizada por las condiciones laborales. La regulación apenas puede copar con el rápido despliegue de estos nuevos trabajos y surgen los conflictos. Todo se arreglará, no sin esfuerzos de todas las partes sociales. Pero también se puede ver en los riders, a pesar de su apariencia, a los heraldos de un trabajo mejor en el futuro, cuando la digitalización se haya puesto al servicio de la productividad y calidad del trabajo.</abstract>
