<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La tecnología se está imponiendo en los servicios financieros a través del fenómeno de las FINTECH. Nuevas empresas creadas a partir de una ventaja tecnológica y las denominadas BIG TECHS están creciendo en el sector financiero y bancario. Este fenómeno combinado con la transformación que supone Internet en las relaciones con los clientes cambiará el mapa del sector financiero. Estudios recientes confirman que los clientes minoristas aceptan realizar su actividad financiera con empresas como GOOGLE, AMAZON o FACEBOOK. La banca debe modificar radicalmente su estrategia en un entorno negativo de tipos de interés bajos y problemas de reputación. Los bancos que no sepan adaptarse al nuevo entorno desaparecerán y en pocos años el sector bancario cambiará radicalmente.</abstract>
