<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En 2018, cuando se implementó el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD), destacó el tema de la privacidad de los datos. El panorama legal y regulatorio para la privacidad de datos se vuelve más desafiante y complejo cada día. Hoy, a medida que las empresas enfrentan los desafíos de cumplir con las nuevas leyes, como la Ley de Privacidad del Consumidor de California (CCPA) y los desafíos de la tecnología avanzada, los corredores, los gerentes de riesgos y las aseguradoras están dedicando más tiempo y recursos que nunca a la administración de la privacidad de datos. El propósito de este artículo es explorar el horizonte con la intención de predecir lo que puede deparar el futuro de la privacidad.</abstract>
