<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En 2019, los datos de constituciones han sido positivos en términos generales. Alemania, Francia y Portugal registraron aumentos respecto a 2018 y marcan máximos históricos en la serie 2009- 2019. Todos los países excepto España registraron un descenso en el número de concursos frente a 2018. Entre 2009 y 2019, Alemania destaca por un regular descenso en su cifra de concursos. Para medir el dinamismo empresarial de estos 5 países en 2019, se han utilizado 2 ratios que relacionan las cifras de concursos y constituciones con el número de empresas activas.</abstract>
