Con el fin de ayudar a las aseguradoras a gestionar estos cambios, Celent realizó una encuesta a compañias de seguros generales de EMEA para determinar el progreso del sector y de las aseguradoras con respecto a seis elementos impulsores del cambio en los seguros. Los resultados describen un sector que está haciendo avances en cuanto a la velocidad de acceso al mercado, pero que también reconoce la necesidad de progresar más con respecto a otros impulsores críticos del sector.</abstract>
