<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El objetivo de este estudio será aplicar los Smart contract y la tecnología blockchain, en las voluntades del asegurado de dependencia. Actualmente, las figuras jurídicas relacionadas con las personas discapacitadas no son acordes a la Convención de Naciones Unidas sobre los derechos de las personas con discapacidad. Por ello, estudiaremos manifestar de forma clara en el contrato de seguro las voluntades de la persona asegurada en dependencia y plasmarlas en un documento que se pueda automatizar. De esta forma, ayudaremos a que el asegurado tenga la garantía de que su voluntad prevalecerá sobre otras en caso de encontrarse en una situación de dependencia, lo que supone un cambio sobre la visión paternalista actual.</abstract>
