Su solución integral permite a las aseguradoras prevenir, detectar e investigar el fraude gracias a las nuevas tecnologías, ofreciendo en paralelo un servicio mejorado a los clientes, con respuestas en tiempo real. Al frente a la operación en España (uno de los países dentro de la estrategia de crecimiento de la firma) está Raúl Fernández Villota. "Nuestro foco principal es acompañar a las aseguradoras españolas en una transformación digital segura y que se apoyen en nuestro score para la toma de decisiones y automatización en los procesos de contratación y prestación", indica. El contexto de la situación económica actual augura un crecimiento del fraude: "Cuanto antes, deberíamos estar preparados para acometer ese crecimiento y que no impacte en la rentabilidad". La Inteligencia Artificial y el conocimiento del negocio son los mejores aliados.</abstract>
