<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Casi todos los líderes y empleados se preguntan cómo serán el trabajo y los negocios cuando haya acabado la pandemia. Ahora que las vacunas para la COVID-19 aprobadas se están distribuyendo por todo el mundo, podemos ver algo de luz al final este largo y oscuro túnel en el que todos hemos estado trabajando y viviendo. Pero ¿cuáles serán los atributos del entorno empresarial tras la pandemia y cómo los seleccionaremos? ¿Trabajar desde casa o volver a la oficina? ¿Usar Zoom para llamadas de ventas o volver a aeropuertos y viajes de negocios? En nuestra opinión, los entornos empresariales pandémicos y posteriores a la pandemia presentan grandes oportunidades para cuestionar suposiciones que hace mucho que duran y responder a esas preguntas utilizando experimentos y datos.</abstract>
