<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar un análisis de cómo ha afectado la pandemia producida por la COVID-19 a las entidades aseguradoras, y más concretamente, a la gestión de los siniestros multirriesgos y los equipos humanos que hay detrás. Se trata de poner en valor la parte positiva de esta crisis: cómo nos ha hecho crecer, qué hemos aprendido, los cambios a mejor que hemos experimentado y la agilización de los procesos.</abstract>
