<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La aprobación el pasado 10 de noviembre, por parte de la Comisión Europea, de la Directiva CSRD es de gran importancia tanto para las compañías afectadas como para los inversores. Estamos ante la nueva regulación sobre información corporativa en materia de sostenibilidad. Y por tanto en el siguiente paso tras la regulación de los Estados de Información no Financiera (NFRD: Non Financial Reporting Directive; en vigor en España desde finales de 2018).</abstract>
