No es una respuesta fácil en este nuevo mundo, aún tan incipiente, pero lo de lo que no hay duda es que las nuevas realidades virtuales le obligarán a reinventarse, una vez más. En todo caso, el sector es perfectamente consciente tanto de las posibilidades que ofrece como de las incógnitas que plantea la cobertura de las interactuaciones de ciudadanos y empresas en una dimensión difícil de explicar.
