<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El pasado 26 de abril la comisión de Hacienda y Función Pública del Congreso aprobó, con competencia legislativa plena, la proposición de ley de modificación de la Ley 49/2002, de 23 de diciembre, de régimen fiscal de las entidades sin fines lucrativos y de los incentivos fiscales al mecenazgo. El texto ha iniciado su tramitación en el Senado. La Ley tiene como objetivo principal incrementar los incentivos fiscales al mecenazgo, con independencia de si lo desarrollan personas físicas, personas jurídicas o no residentes</abstract>
