<abstract displayLabel="Summary">España, como el resto de las economías, se enfrentan a dos retos globales que van a cambiar la economía tal como la conocemos: el envejecimiento poblacional y el cambio tecnológico que está suponiendo la revolución digital. En este artículo, se analizan las distintas reformas que se deberían incorporar en nuestro ordenamiento laboral para poder afrontar ambos retos con éxito.En la segunda parte, para afrontar el reto tecnológico, se proponen medidas para regular mejor el teletrabajo, para dar más flexibilidad en el tiempo de trabajo, incluyendo jornadas y semanas reducidas en sectores específicos, una regulación laboral adaptada a las plataformas digitales y un diseño de las prestaciones por desempleo o rentas mínimas con incentivos al empleo. Por último, para afrontar el problema del envejecimiento se proponen cambios en la forma en que nos jubilamos con la introducción de una jubilación flexible y compatible con el salario. </abstract>
