<abstract displayLabel="Summary">A partir de la última información publicada por la Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT), se actualizan los datos de siniestros de tráfico con aquellos correspondientes al año 2023. Se ha actualizado el dato de uso de sistemas de seguridad pasiva en niños ocupantes de turismos y furgonetas, con el nuevo dato recabado en el marco del proyecto Baseline en el que participa la DGT. El dato ahora se refiere a uso "correcto" y marca una diferencia respecto a datos anteriores. A partir de la última información publicada por el Instituto Nacional de Estadísticas (INE), se actualizan los datos de causas externas de mortalidad infantil con aquellos correspondientes al año 2023.
