<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El objetivo de este segundo estudio correspondiente a 2024 es profundizar en el análisis de dos factores claves, la demografía y la vivienda, que impactan en el comportamiento de los hogares españoles, incorporando también, donde es posible, un enfoque prospectivo. Las implicaciones de la dinámica de dichos factores en la ampliación de la brecha intergeneracional de riqueza en estas últimas décadas, que ya se puso de  manifiesto en el primer estudio, se complementa en este con una perspectiva analítica intra-generacional que no es menos relevante</abstract>
