Sumario: The Federation of European Risk Management Associations (FERMA) brings together 23 risk management associations in 22 European countries, representing more than 5600 risk managers active in a wide range of business sectors. On 26 February 2025, the European Commission unveiled the long-awaited Omnibus Simplification Package (Omnibus I), introducing key amendments to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D), among others.
