<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Este artículo incluye, en primer lugar, normas específicas de seguridad, que deben tenerse en cuenta en el diseño de la maquinaria, en segundo lugar, un resumen de las normas generales contenidas en el R.D. 1459/86 , que incluye el Reglamento de Seguridad de Máquinas, en el que aparecen concretados los requisitos mínimos de seguridad aplicables, a las máquinas y a los responsables de éstas, desde su fabricación a su utilización y , por último, nos muestra lo relativo a la legislación sobre máquinas que afecta al sector de la construcción, centrándose en algunos apartados de la Instrucción Técnica Complementaria MIE-AEM-2 ,importantes para los jefes de obra</abstract>
