<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Les auteurs rappellent les paramètres physiques et mécaniques qui caractérisent les vibrations transmises aux membres supérieurs par les différents types d'outils et de machines, et décrivent les principaux troubles engendrés. Les progrès réalisés dans la connaissance de ces phénomènes ont montré qu'il était illusoire de vouloir établir une classification nette des effets des outils vibrants, leurs spécificités n'étant pas évidentes. Partant de ces considérations, le nouveau tableau autorise la prise en charge de tous les troubles dont l'origine professionnelle est manifeste. Les mesures de prévention technique et médicales sont rappelées</abstract>
