<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Il existe de nombreuses normes et recommandations concernant les distances de sécurité pour les membres supérieurs. Ces documents étant souvent divergents, l'auteur a récherché les bases anthropométriques françaises qui sont nécessaires pour l'elaboration d'un tel règlement. Seuls sont traités les problèmes anthropométriques relatifs aux ouvertures à bords paralèles, aux ouvertures circulaires et aux ouvertures carrées. Les documents anthropométriques récents ont été établis sur de grands échantillons qui permèttent d'estimer les blocages anthropométriques pour l'ensemble de la population avec une faible incertitude. Les éléments contenus dans cette note sont à la base de la norme NF E 09-010</abstract>
