<subfield code="a">In this present study, it investigated the in vivo metabolic pattern of tolueno in rats, especially the pattern of urinary excretion of toluene metabolites, at seven exposure concentrations ranging betwen 50 and 4000 ppm. The effect of ethanol and phenobarbital treatments on toluene pharmacokinetics was also studied in that these two chemical induce different types of cytochrome P-450 that are known to be insolved in toluene metabolisme in vitro</subfield>
