<subfield code="a">The purpose of this study was to determine emission rates of ethyl alcohol from a candy glazing operation and, from observation of source activities, express these emission rates as emission factors. A mass balance modeling approach was used in conjunction with an on-site field test. The agreement between the field observations of source activity and the model results provided validation of the results</subfield>
