Valora especialmente los acuerdos como un reforzamiento de la norma del derecho en las relaciones económicas internacionales, y en este sentido tanto la creación de la OMC como el procedimiento de solución de diferencias, al que califica de columna vertebral del sistema, son elementos fundamentales de seguridad jurídica</abstract>
