The article incliudes assessing the relevance of group biases to teams, the important distinction between groups and teams is discussed first. This discussion is then extended by describing how command and control teams differ from types of team. The authors describe the various categories of bias that may affect team decision-making, beginning whit a distinction between team error and team bias
