<abstract>El artículo analiza la experiencia de una empresa en el diseño e implantación de equipos de trabajo autogestionados. Estos equipos, que podemos definir como pequeños grupos de empleados que tienen responsabilidad y autonomía para gestionarse a ellos mismos y su trabajo, se introducen cada vez más en las grandes multinacionales. Este sistema de trabajo consiguió el mayor compromiso y motivación de sus trabajadores que redundó en un incremento sustancial de la eficiencia empresarial</abstract>
