Las cuatro tendencias dominantes: continuidad de los aplanamientos tarifarios, predominio de la competencia fiscal internacional, insercción de las reducciones tarifarias en esquemas anti-cíclicos de política fiscal y dualización de las bases y la introducción de mecanismos de imposición verde </abstract>
