<abstract>La notion de santé au travail s'impose. L'accord "santé travail, signé en 2000 entre partenaires sociaux, et la loi de modernisation social de janvier 2002 s'y réfèrent, ouvrant de nouvelles pistes pour lutter contre les atteintes à la santé liées à l'activité professionnelle. Les professionnels de la santé au travail, et notamment le personnel infirmier, s'adaptent à cette nouvelle donne. Quels enjeux pour l'entreprise cela implique-t-il? Comment répond cette profession en termes de formation? L'exemple de plusieurs entreprises et le parcours suivi par quatre infirmières permettent de tracer les nouveaux contours d'un métier à l'évolution rapide</abstract>
