<abstract>Suelo, atmósfera e hidrosfera son los tres componentes del medio físico del ecosistema, y para que éste no sufra deterioros, los tres pilares anteriormente citados deben de poseer un alto grado de calidad. Por ello, es lógico que se hayan desarrollado leyes que los protejan y eviten su deterioro. Sin embargo, en España la intensidad de protección de estos tres elementos es muy diferente</abstract>
