<abstract>Para delegar con eficacia y poder dedicar gran parte del tiempo a lo que queremos hacer, sin estar todo el día arrollados por el tener que hacer, tenemos que delegar más y mejor. Y no podremos delegar si no aceptamos firmemente el riesgo de que se hagan las cosas de forma diferente, e incluso que algunas cosas no se hagan tan perfectas o hasta se hagan mal. Para poder delegar con garantía de éxito hay que partir de una premisa: si no formo y enseño al otro, no delego, a eso se le llama comúnmente "Largar muertos"</abstract>
