<abstract>Dans de nombreux secteurs d'activité, les facteurs dits "psychosociaux", dans leurs aspects les plus négatifs pour la santé: stress, harcèlement, violence...., sont dorénavant considérés comme faisant partie du paysage des risques auxquels peuvent être confrontés les salariés. En ce qui concerne la prise en charge des situations à problèmes, les intervenants dans le domaine de la santé et de la sécurité au travail ont initié dans plusieurs régions un rapprochement des points de vue, un partage des expériences autour de la santé psychologique des salariés et de sa prévention</abstract>
