<abstract>El objetivo de esta ponencia es repasar las últimas novedades en materia de responsabilidad de admiinistradores. El régimen esencial de responsabilidad de los administradores de sociedades mercantiles se contempla en la Ley de Sociedades Anónimas. Primeramente, se comenta sus últimas modificaciones y tambien cómo el número de reclamaciones judiciales contra administradores es muy superior al que, a primera vista, pudiera parecer. Pero los administradores también responden en ámbitos como el concursal o el tributario, de modo que igualmente se comenta las novedades en estas áreas. Finalmente, se comentan las recomendaciones que efectúa el Código Unificado de Buen Gobierno en la materia</abstract>
