<abstract>El Plan de Acción de Servicios Financieros (PASF) tiene un planteamiento muy ambicioso que ha generado una importante actividad regulatoria en el ámbito del seguro. Más concretamente, se pueden considerar como plenamente integradas dentro del PASF las siguientes normas: Directiva de conglomerados financieros (2002-87-CE), Directiva de fondos de pensiones de empleo (2003-41-CE), Directiva de mediación en los seguros (2002-29-CE) y Directiva de reaseguro (2005-68-CE). Este documento pretende resumir los principales materiales que, a juicio de UNESPA,  deberían incluirse en el trabajo previsto por la Fundación de Estudios Financieros con la creación del Observatorio de Mercados Financieros</abstract>
