<abstract>Los sistemas CCTV pueden, en ocasiones, registrar determinadas imágenes que posteriormente se convierten en pruebas dentro de una instrucción judicial. Para que estas grabaciones tengan validez, muchos de estos sistemas de vigilancia han adoptado la posibilidad de crear marcas de agua en las imágenes para impedir que sean manipuladas.
