<abstract>Se analizan los patrones de concentración sectorial y espacial de la industria de la Unión Europea, ampliada a 27 miembros, usando la información estadística más reciente y elaborando distintos índices. La concentración espacial de la industria se compara con la relativa a los servicios de mercado y también se aborda la relación que existe entre ambas perspectivas de la concentración.</abstract>
