<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El deber esencial del arrendatario  se concentra en responder  del "deterioro o pérdida que tuviere la cosa arrendada, a no ser que pruebe haberse ocasionado sin culpa suya." Junto a esta obligación principal inherente al propio  contrato de arrendamiento, pueden surgir un conjunto de responsabilidades por daños a terceros  ajenos a esta  relación contractual. En  este conjunto de responsabilidades que resultan de las  relaciones internas entre propietario y arrendatario  y que  también afectan a los  terceros perjudicados, aparece, como no podía ser  de otra manera, la deriva aseguradora que aborda estas cuestiones de diferente modo.</abstract>
