El dilema es evidente: ¿cómo conjugar esta necesidad con el derecho a la intimidad? Esta es la cuestión fundamental para un sector como el asegurador que maneja tanta información, y todavía má ante la promulgación del Reglamento de la actual Ley</abstract>
